That does not change the fact that she's got my McDreamy. And my McDog. She's got my McLife.

First off, I'd like to note that I've made a lot of mistakes in my life and there are countless things that I've done (mostly since leaving high school), that I would go back and change if I could.

But one of the very best things I ever did and one of the things that I would never take back...getting TiVo.

I know. It's melodramatic and materialistic...but I LOVE my TiVo. I love that I don't have to remember when to watch my favorite shows. I love that I can pause and go back. I love that I have a guide to tell me what's on without having to watch a scrolling list or having digital cable.

I love everything about it and I never want to live without it again.

Second, it has been oh-so-long and I'm the epitome of "out of sight, out of mind" but I'm watching "Grey's Anatomy" (which is one of their special re-cap shows), and the clips they are running is just reminding me why I love this show so much. Specifically, the episode is reviewing Addison's journey in order to kick off the new spin off, "Private Practice."

I am ecstatic. I can't wait for both. I mean..."Grey's" is awesome, though I'm worried it's going to continue on it's downward spiral into overly dramatic verging on soap opera. But I am just SO PSYCHED about "Private Practice." Kate Walsh is fabulous and we all know that...but add in Amy Brenneman and Tim Daly and Taye Diggs. FANTASTIC.

And my TiVo will help me to get both shows, every week, to watch at my leisure.

Now, if only I could find a way to watch "Grey's," "CSI," AND "The Office"/"Scrubs." My TiVo can record two shows on at once...but three doesn't work. Why is everything on Thursdays at 9pm EST?
