Why is it that seemingly unrelated products all run out at the same time? This past weekend, I went to Target for the following:
- deodorant
- toothpaste
- eyeliner
Now, obviously, these products have a common thread of being hygienic/beautification products, but in what realm does it make sense that your toothpaste and eyeliner run out at the same time?
And this wasn't a freak coincidence. It seems like I'm often running out of unrelated, but similar things at the same time.
Are there people who sit down and say, "we should make everything last for three months, and then everything will run out at the same time!" As if three months is the perfect amount of time for a tube of toothpaste or a stick of deodorant?
I don't get it.
And now, back to the grindstone...damn, my nose is starting to hurt...
