Why do I love that three people have so far (excitedly) told me that Lance Bass is gay?

First, my sister texted me yesterday during work. I was able to check my phone while we were on the bus back from our field trip, so I hoorayed and texted her back and we have a tentative plan to watch On the Line (which we both own) when I get home from work today.

Second, Caitlin told me after work when I dragged her with me to get my oil change. She claimed it was the first story on the AOL news thing, and that she had no person interest. Later she claimed not knowing the appeal of NSYNC, but the more I think about it, the more I remember she confiding in me (a while ago, in all fairness) that she was a closeted NSYNC fan.

Third, Zoe IMed me while I was sleeping last night with a link to this article and a "Ooooh-wee.... DUH."

If there are any NSYNC slashers around, they must be squeeing for joy. Myself, I was a JC/Joey shipper (hence the icon).

But any gay is good. :-)

The article you link also has a 4+ minute video from CNN Entertainment that was actually pretty good.

Oh. I only have the one NSYNC icon left. I may have to go make some. All the ones I had made before were on the old Dell. Rest it's soul.

Now, purely because I am evil itself, obviously, I will corroborate your statement that Caitlin is/was an NSYNC fan back in the day. I found it hilarious when I discovered that because she'd been all Grr I am pissed at everyone during junior high. And I never like learned all about them because I liked their stuff--perfect to dance about to while no one was home--but I've never been seriously obsessed with musicians, really.

Umm... unless they're actors, who happen to be able to sing or play a musical instrument. Like Ewan MacGregor. And Matt Damon and Jude Law.
