Maybe we make a deal, maybe together we can get somewhere...

I have spent my Spring Break doing as little as possible. This is possibly a bit untrue. I spent three days reading Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (book 5). then two reading about 2/3rds of Harry Potter à l'école des sorciers (because reading in French takes about twice as long as reading in English...and I read slowly as it is). Then I got too excited and had to read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (book 1), in English, and that took me about a day. Then, I read Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (book 2) in about a day...I just finished it.

Books 3 and 4 are coming via on Monday (because I hadn't anticipated actually finishing books 1 and 2 before Monday). So I suppose I could finish the French version of book 1. I should probably wait to re-read book 6 until I finish the rest...but it's the only book I have at my disposal right now. Oh, the travesty.

So I have spent the last 5 days reading a whole lot of Harry Potter...which actually made for an excellent Spring Break.

But now I have a lot of things to do, that I haven't been getting done. My film group project, an English paper, and reading for just about every class, not to mention scheduling my next year's courses (and thus meeting with my advisor), meeting with a "career counselor" (fuck), finding an apartment for the fall, and a whole slew of other things I've been avoiding like the plague.

However...Spring Break is not finished yet. And thus, I'm spending the rest of tonight doing what I want to do: watching movies, more reading, writing, or whatever else sounds good.
