Today was interesting. Econ was fabulously funny. We made fun of Huff...Huff made fun of Ben Stone. "This one's a no-brainer, so Stone, you'll be able to keep up." AHAHAHAHA! And all the sophomores were gone.

Company was just Seniors as well, 'cause all the juniors were gone. This should happen more. It was a fairly good class. We discussed the "Senior experience" and what we want it to be like. (Being more prepared for the real world, more freedoms to help adjust to college, etc.)

Free, Chorale. Foreign Policy was good. Made fun of Bush (and the State of the Union). Talked about what "Foreign Policy" is and what that means.

Free, Dance. I'm doing a paper on Fred Astaire. Whee! It's actually pretty interesting. I have to write a 2-3 page biography and then 3 contributions he had to the dancing world. And, I basically have a free period for the next three weeks. I have to go to class to check in at the end of each day.

Theatre. Susan wasn't there, so Carl introduced the new unit for the first 10 minutes, then left. Aron and I basically walked around and talked with the kids because no one felt like doing what they should. [I feel guilty calling them "kids" because they are only 2 or 3 years younger than I am. Most of the ones I talk to are sophomores...one is even in my Econ class. It's odd...]

After school I went to AWARE. We picked the bands for Jam for Justice and then Zack and Sara told about their trip to DC for the march against the war. 'Twas interesting. Also, Zack's band will be one of the ones performing at Jam for Justice. Yay!

Then I hung around the end of crew, and talked with Bridgette and Eric until after 7, when I left to come home. Eventful, I know.

I'll probably start going to SAGA (Straight and Gay Alliance) as well. It's on Mondays, and usually conflict with crew and I already miss on Thursdays for AWARE. However, as part of his Student Teaching, Eric needs to lead another extra-curricular, so he'll be doing that. So no crew on Mondays, and he'll be leading SAGA as well. Opa, things work out well, it seems.

Tomorrow:
No Social Studies classes.
1 - English
2 - Free
3 - Company
4 - Free
5 - Chorale
6 - Free
7 - Free
8 - Free (Dance, check in at end)
9 - Theatre 1,2

5 free periods, 3 fine arts, and English. Damn, it's gonna be a good Friday.

Saturday:
Crew from 8:45 until 10:15...then again from 12-3. 8:45. Oy.

But Bridgette might be having a gathering this weekend. I don't know if it'll be at the apartment or her house here. Guess I'll find out later.

And I'm spent. Always so tired. Oy.

You are quite the busy girl!! I think that's great that you hope to be going to SAGA. It sounds like a good group to be affiliated with. I wish they had groups such as that when I was in school. It's nice to see a positive progression with social issues offered for students to be a part of.
