APES test wasn't bad. And the entire second period, half the class left and the rest of us sat back in the lab (on the tables) and blasted music from the radio. Rap, rock, country, we even had a little Tina Turner "What's Love Got to Do With It?" action. And Doc didn't care. That man...*sigh*
Weatherby told me that since I'm bringing people in to help with my English presentation, I can go first tomorrow. Sweet. I'll be so done!
And we are working on our group project in APES tomorrow to turn in on Friday, so I'll only have the paper to write...whenever. It's due next Wednesday. So whenever.
OH!!! And I got the Evita tickets today!!! Eric had lunch(?) with Jason, so he gave all the tickets to E and had him give them to me. I need to distribute the ones for Sam and Beth and Nikki's...and I'm just keeping the ones that our group of 5 bought. And I got my free ticket too, for opening night.
I don't know if I've mentioned this at all, but I'm completely ECSTATIC about this. I love Evita. It's amazing. I adore it. Over the summer, Jason and I practically obsessed over it. We listened to the soundtrack all the time and it was SO FUN. And now he gets to ASM (Assistant Stage Manage) the largest student-produced show in the nation (or something like that...) It's the Dolphin Show at Northwestern...if anyone is familiar. He's the only Freshman on the Production Board.
So I'm seeing it twice. And I kinda want to go a third time. I LOVE EVITA!!!!
Candace and I did some stage-manager-ish stuff today at crew. Compiling lists and reading through the script. It's hilarious. The girls are all such whores! It's great!! (By the way, our musical this year is The Boy Friend.)
We had to stay until 6, when Mama called my cell inviting me to dinner in Gurnee. Grrr...but I decided to go. Little did I know, she was waiting for me to come home from school, and I just went up there. She got a little pissed, but then again...when isn't she anymore?
Anyway, we went to TGIFriday's. Had yummy Brushetta Chicken pasta thing. Then we went to Target where she bought me shampoo/conditioner, cough drops, chap stik, and eyeliner. WOO!
Now I'm home. And tired, but needing to read my friend's page.
It's they way that he makes you feel
It's the way that he kisses you
It's the way that he makes you fall in love.
