My aunt Judy is by far the most amazing person I know. And it's her 60th birthday today! Yay!

Except that I'm stuck in Orlando, classes from 9am until 4:30pm, then meeting with my TV show pitch project group after that. Oh, and I got Starbuck's this morning instead of actual breakfast food, and I'm already starving. It's going to be a long fucking day.

Well, I have work to get done before my next class begins. The last week of classes is slowly killing me. And then there's finals to which I can look forward. (Note: sometimes proper grammar just sounds fucking stupid.)

Oy. Me. Done. Working. Yay for computer + wireless internet on campus.

Every day that goes by is one day closer to the DVD release of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.

And, by the way, the new TBS show "My Boys" is pretty sweet. I'm adoring it. PLUS! It takes place in Chicago, which is sweet.

I've been so uber homesick for that lovely city. But every day that goes by brings me closer to that as well. December 12th! And I'm flying into O'Hare, so it's even closer to the beautiful urban center (than Milwaukee, which is approximately equidistant from my sister's house).

Pirates, good. My Boys, good. Chicago, very good. Things are looking up...
