I don't think I'm ready for a new year. I don't think the other one was that old, and why replace a perfectly decent year. That isn't to say that 2005 was great. In fact, it may have been sub-par. But compared to 2004, it was fan-fucking-tastic.
For a while I've had this aversion to even years. Odd years are usually better. That said, I'm not looking forward to the upcoming year.
I can't really articulate my meaning or elaborate because I'm really tired, but maybe tomorrow.
