Tired. So tired. But fun night.
Park was good. Fresh warm air = yay summer!
Potbelly's was really good. Got a chance to talk to Allie, which I haven't done in forever.
Courtyard Jam rocked. Zack and Peter's band, Evan By Day, Avon By Night was amazing! YAY GUYS!!!
Went to Goldy's after to hang out. Watched two episodes of While You Were Out on TLC. Quality.
Now it's storming a lot, and there was a hell of a lot of traffic for it being midnight. Crazy.
Oh, and I love my locker group because we decided that Thursday is going to be a pajama day, just for the hell of it. Because we want on, and after that there are only 5 days of school left.
I'm tired. I need sleep.
Was woken an hour ago by the cell phone ringing in my ear. Dammit.
But oh well. I got enough sleep. And kitty has been uber cuddly today. She keeps following me around...well, more than usual.
Today, I'm going with Zoe and Amanda prom dress shopping. Because I'm cool and already have mine, I'm going to attempt to find a gift for that woman that I generally refer to as my "mother". I suppose it would be a thank you for all the financial support she has given me through the years. A nice potted plant or something from Hallmark should suffice. OOH! I think I have $3 of Hallmark rewards! Gold Crown Cards rock.
Tonight, we're taking a trip up to Kenosha (yep, Wisconsin. Mmm...cheese!) for Fazoli's. Mmm...fast food pasta! Bringing with a slew of people this time. Possibly Allie, most definitely Amanda, our coolest freshman Michael Johnson, our hottest freshman Molly (hee hee. She looks about 19, but only just turned 15. Jailbait!), and of course, Candace and me. :-)
We love Kenosha!
I swear to god, I'm having hot flashes.
It's so fucking hot. In the BASEMENT! It's usually freezing. I think it's just me.
I'm bored, and have time...so I'm posting. Heh.
Zoe, Amanda and I are going shopping at Old Orchard for prom dresses. Party.
So yesterday, I don't know what it was, but I was so antsy all day. So much shpilkies. I had to doodle on my English composition notebook, just to keep from staring at the ceiling or looking longingly at the clock. And in Foreign Policy I started to sketch.
It actually came out very cool. So in other classes, and just now, I've been working on duplicating it, bigger with better detail. I'm using ball point pen, so if I make a mistake, I have to redo it. But I don't mind.
The sketch is that of a girl. She's kneeling and bent over, like she's looking at something on the ground. She has fairy wings and a halo.
At first, I was wondering what she was doing...or rather who she was mourning for. Because she seemed sad. But then today I realized who she actually was, and what she was doing. She's an angel, and she was looking down from heaven. Peaking over the edge of a cloud to watch her loved ones.
My ultimate goal now is to perfect this sketch. And maybe make it tattoo worthy.
