Subway's no way for a good man to go down

This morning, Rob IMed me with "happy easter!" and I was like...oh yeah. Today's Easter. (Which is funny because Rob's Jewish...)

Happy Easter!!!
...to all ya Christian folks...

Yesterday was Easter for me. Today is the hangover after the fact. Still there, but definitely not the party.

But now we have hard-boiled eggs to last a lifetime! (read: a week, if that's all we eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Which we will).

Not like I'll be home at all. Dance Show Monday and Tuesday nights (so I'll actually be home from 3:30 until 6), but then Wednesday starts Spring Play tech...so I'll be staying at school every night until 9!

Party.

Today, I have homework to do. But tomorrow is an all-day field trip, so it's not too important that it get done.

And my father went to church this morning. Other than weddings, he never goes to church. Hell may just have frozen over.

I'm not the man they think I am at all...

God, I'm so bored.

And I really really REALLY don't want to do homework.

And it's going to be getting progressively colder today. Boo!

Easter sucks. Maybe I'll nap. Though I'm not supposed to. Maybe just an hour...

New icons and such.

I was bored, so I went up to my sister's apartment.

The one on this post has lyrics from "Candle in the Wind" and this is the other one:

Heh.

And 'cause I don't want to do my homework...

I've decided that I love foreign newspapers.

I wish I understood more French to get more than just the general gist of Le Monde. But then I found a site with all International Newspapers in English. Kick!

And though this is something I'd actually do in my free time, it was assigned for Foreign Policy. Good times, good times.

I resisted the urge to sleep today. Which was good. Because now I'll be able to sleep tonight. I'm going to do some more Foreign Policy...like read some of these articles I found. And review my lines before bed.

All day field trip tomorrow for Spring Play rehearsal. I sure as hell better know what I'm doing.

Loneliness was tough, the toughest role you ever played

Note to anyone who has kids or jelly beans:

Before going to bed, make sure that there are no jelly beans where you are about to be sleeping.

This may seem like an obvious statement. And perhaps one of little consequence. But please, take heed.

The result is a crumbly mess that is now permanently impressed into both sheets and pajamas. Perhaps you are unaware that when sleeping on a jelly bean, the candy coating around the "jelly" part of the bean WILL in fact crumble and peal off into tiny sticky pieces.

When you awake and feel as though you've just been sitting on cake, fear not. It was not a pastry to make your bed feel as though it's full of crumbs. It was a jelly bean.

Probably a yellow one. Which most likely stains.

Stupid kids.

Goodnight moon.
