Have yourself a merry little christmas

Tonight was so awesome.

So last you heard from me, I was going to nap to 3 Doors Down.

Done and done.

Was a nice 2 hour nap with really fucked up dreams, but they were funny and goofy and entertaining.

Then, I woke up at 5.

Rob planned on bowling at 7. Woo!

I decided on dinner before at Panera. Soup! In bread bowl! Whee!!

So Candace and I went to Panera. At the end, met up with Caitlin. The three of us went to the bowling alley to meet with Rob, Zack and Dan. Goldy and Carly ended up coming as well.

Bowling was fun. We played two games. I sucked at both, but my second was significantly better, with me rocking 4th place with a 65. (And only 6 people were playing...whatever.) It was fun!

Near the end, Bridgette showed up and said Steph was on her way. She also called Lindsay to come!!! They were all planning on going to Bridgette and Mary's apartment and Candace and I were to go with.

So we left the bowling alley at 9:15, picked up Katy and drove down to Evanston.

Their apartment is really nice, and it was so great to see them all. Especially since Steph, Katy and Lindsay are gone most of the year at their colleges.

Unfortunately, Mary has class tomorrow morning at 8, so we all left a little after 11. We got back in town at 11:40. I dropped Candace off at home. Originally, I was going to have people over here, but Allie has to race tomorrow and would have had to leave at 12:30, Zoe is stuck babysitting later than she thought, Candace has curfew and Jason hasn't called me back yet.

Oh well. Maybe tomorrow.

Mama comes home tomorrow too. I sure as hell better be going out.

So! To recap: Good day, good friends, good times. Happy.

    Christmas carols (in head)

To want is to buy, but to live is to die and you can’t take it all

All too soon really. Only 10 entries have elapsed on my friends page since last I read. And a majority were from folks half-way around the world. Eep.

I stayed up far too late. I didn't feel tired so I kept playing games of Spider Solitaire.

And talking to a friend who is REALLY pissing me off. And I suppose that's an okay thing. Because the friends that I'm drifting away from me would also be the ones who would hate me if they found out...

Either way, she was just really irritating, so I started giving one-word responses and ignoring most of the stuff she said. *sigh* I feel horrible.

Anyway, I went to bed around 2:30 and woke up now. Sounds like I'll be taking a nap later!

Mama comes home later. Must. Not. Be. Here.

The 3 Doors Down CD (Away From the Sun), is SO GOOD. I recommend it to y'all.

That's it.

Alanis - Unsexy

There'll be much mistletoeing and hearts will be glowing

I went up to Cici's apartment and saved all the pictures that were taken bowling last night onto a CD. Now I just need to wait for Jason to get his site back up and running so I can upload and post them.

Exciting stuff, I know.

I'm hungry. When's lunch?

And where the hell is Deana? I miss her. *sniff*

It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year (in head)

I know you feel helpless now, and I know you feel, hold on

Things I Would Do if I Were a Good Daughter:
- Clean the cat pan
- Do my laundry (because it's overflowing)
- Do the dishes (because we are out of spoons and have used a lot of glasses)
- Clean my room (because it's a pig-sty and I almost can't stand to live in it)

All of these things would make my mother a) very happy and b) shocked that I can in fact do things by myself [ignore the fact that I've been doing them for years, without help from her, and EVERY TIME she is shocked by it].

Am I gonna do 'em?

Eh, haven't decided yet.

The Road I'm On - 3 Doors Down

Slow dancing on the boulevard

And she's home.

In other news, I'm doing laundry. Lots of it. Washing my clothes, all the random articles that were strewed across my room, my pajamas and my sheets. Probably my comforter too.

And I've cleaned my room. It's livable again!
