(no subject)

I can't sleep.

Perhaps it's the pounding headache.

It has gotten better since I... 1) took Excedrin and 2) put a cold wash cloth on my head.

But that was a while ago, and I still can't sleep.

Things running though my head at 1am:
  • I want new sheets for my bed.
  • Tomorrow, I should clean out the trunk of my car. I'll back it into the driveway and work on my tan while cleaning.
  • I should set up a journal for Allie so she can see my locked/friends only posts.
  • How did Cici know I was in her apartment today?
  • Wow, my head hurts. A lot.
  • Perhaps I shouldn't have stopped drinking caffeine cold turkey two days ago. Stupid Gail.
  • Maybe I'm not tired because I've been up fewer hours than I've slept lately.

  • Yeah. That's about it. I'll be milling about here for a while. As I said, I can't sleep and my head hurts. I'm sure the computer screen will help that a lot.

What I need is a good defense

    El post del morning:

And no, I don't speak spanish, so I doubt that is correct in any way (especially "morning" instead of "matin" or whatever. I speak French. And badly at that).

But yes. Either last night was rough, or I'm becoming an insomniac. From 1:30 until 3:30 I was playing Super Mario 64. God bless Nintendo.

Then I woke up around 7:30 and couldn't fall back to sleep. I did, but I woke up at 10:30 and said "screw it, I'll take a nap later."

Good news? Headache went away somewhere around 2.

And that's all I can think of for now. Fear not, I will be back. Bwahahaha.

I like to teach you all the rules

    I'm accomplished.

    I ate lunch (mmm...sandwiches).

    I cleaned out my trunk.

I am organizing school stuff. So, ya know, summer can officially start.

And I'm reading through my yearbook. I love my friends so very much. I'm putting in highlights because I feel like it. :)

    Collapse )

Yep. Yay for friends. I could have put a lot more in, but I decided to keep it short.

Now, I either need a nap or a shower. Hmmm...

Waiting. Watching the clock, it's 4 o'clock, it's got to stop

I changed my journal from Punquin Elegant to Generator and though the color scheme is the same, it went from black background to a very cheery yellow.

It's odd. It may take a while to get used to. But I needed a change.

I was considering going up to my sister's apartment to steal some pudding, but do I really want to drive 15 minutes there, and 15 minutes back, just for pudding??

If I had a Magic 8 Ball, I'd consult it.

Happens everytime so it must be true.

Candace and I saw Lilo and Stitch. It wasn't great, but it was good. I cried. A lot. A LOT. Like...it's number three on my cry list.
(Okay, sidenote!! Did anyone else hear the one-eyed monster say "Tricky fish"...twice??????? Eee! Disney supports the Trickyfish.)
    1) Pearl Harbor - 20 minute sob fest (and not for the stupid love story, thankyouverymuch. It was the intense war scene and I was just gone)
    2) Armageddon - Okay, if you didn't cry when Bruce Willis was saying goodbye to Liv, you aren't fucking human.
    3) Lilo and Stitch - Broken family, separating sisters...I was in tears for a long time.

Then we went to dinner at the mall food court. Exciting, n'est pas? We were going for cheap.

And then we were supposed to meet up with some people because they were all seeing Bela Fleck at Ravinia tonight. But the concert was too damn long, and just got out about half an hour ago. And everyone has curfew at 11. Bah on them.

So I'm bored. And home. Alone.

    Blah. Blah. Blah.

My last post sucked, so I'm making another one.

Behold the power of the internet. :)

Tomorrow, I must do my nails (fingers and toes) for the wedding. It's frickin' Saturday. Yikes! I guess I should figure out what I'm wearing. It would be easier if this were formal. Damn casual, outdoor weddings.

Speaking of outdoors, I might go camping in August! Woo!

And I may need to visit colleges in Ohio around the time of the John Mayer/Guster concert. Hee hee.

    And that's about it.
